Job Summary:

Premium Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will be dependable, hardworking team players who are ready to contribute to our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with builders, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Utilize company-provided technology, such as iPads and smartphones, to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in luxury and custom home builds.

• Strong knowledge of advanced lighting technology and electrical design.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must have own hand tools; larger equipment will be provided.

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Basic computer and writing skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Knowledge of lighting systems (Homeworks) preferred.
