Job Summary:
Premium Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Electrical Helpers for immediate openings. We are looking for dependable and hardworking team players who have their own hand tools; larger equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Install safety and distribution components (e.g., switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels).
Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), state codes, and local codes to daily work.
Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work on new construction and remodeling projects
Requirements:
2+ years of electrical experience.
Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems.
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter) and follow prints and instructions.
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Willingness to operate a company vehicle if needed.
Physical ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, kneel, and carry up to 25 pounds.
Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work.
Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (if operating a company vehicle).
